Problems that I had during two year there

That is a very nice place to live unless you don??t care about.
Rude, incompetent management.
Lost checks and attempts to charge you late fees four times.
Cheap appliances.
Broken elevators.
Stinky water and mosquitoes on the balcony if you are on Intracoastal side.
Never ever clean swimming pool. Any time you come to the swimming pool you will see
paper, empty glasses, clogs of hairs, leaves and so on swing with you.
Never working Jacuzzi.
The dirtiest gym with very cheap equipments half of which always broken (always clogs of the dust on the floor broken, never ever available towels you pay for them ?? included in monthly rent)
Shower in sauna doesn't work two !!! years.
Almost always sauna doesn??t work properly.
Not available disk TV and cable internet. You can not switch to voinage.
Always smelling garbage.
Just to name a few.

Cable TV and IP is by Camco Cable Service. I have an IP phone as well.
