Just moved in a few days ago. I've lived in large buildings in New York City and elsewhere and I find everyone here friendly and helpful. Mind you, it isn't perfection, but the apartments are pretty nice and most have great views (I can see the ocean, Hallover Park, Bal Harbor, the skyline of Miami Beach and Miami AND all points west, including north of Marlins Stadium.) The air is fresh, the apartment is adequate and I enjoy the mix of people who live here - new languages, new food, new customs, new friendships - all good.
