All these supposedly perfect reviews of this place are bull ---- reviews made mostly by the leasing staff in the building! I know one of them and she told me that this is standard practice. This place has a great pool area, gym and BBQ area but the rest of the place is not worth the high rent they charge. The units are very small and paper thin walls. I don't mind noise but 24/7 is outta hand! many tenants are very noisy and don't keep the place clean inside the units. There are roaches and mice in the hall ways & garages/pool areas. They have an over priced dry cleaner and convenience store on the premesis. If you have guests over be prepared to only valet their cars and pay pay pay. the leasing agents give you -------- about free 2 months but you need to sign 14 mth lease and its still way too expensive for those tiny units. They say every unit has a water view' LOL! yeah the most of the units face the causeway with emprty dirty lots or they face another high rise wall.....Don't be a sucker!

Nice try Don, pretty quick to respond. Don't get EMO on me! Im not a rental agent or leasing agent or any of those you describe. By no means am I looking to live for free either. The insulation? ROFL! Like I said nice try! keep responding to anything negative that is said you fool

Wow, someone must have a stick up their ass. Funny I actually got on this website because I'm looking to move from the Intracoastal not by choice but because my job has relocated me so I came on here to check out the reviews of the community's I'm considering. I came on here to see what fellow neighbors had to say about where I'm living now. I can see now that this website isn't that valid because people must write things out of spite. First of all I wouldn't see how employees would write bad reviews as there is quite some listed on here. I've been a resident at the Intracoastal for almost 2 years now and sure I've had the occasional noisy neighbors but nothing the office has never taken care of for me if it has gotten to be too much of a nuisance. I have never seen a roach or mice in my apartment. People that are complaining of the roaches must be one of those dirty people that keep their apartments anything but clean. The community is always kept up, the gym is great, whenever I'm at the people I feel like I'm at a resort and if the dry cleaners or convenience store seems a little overpriced well think about smart ass, you're paying for the CONVENIENCE. My guests have to valet yes, but where on the beach do you park for free??? I have a friend who lives on miami beach and I have to pay $15 whenever I want to visit her and thats a flat rate, much higher than what my guests have to pay. Honestly, I personally have had a great experience living here, but then again I'm a good resident, who always pays rent on time and has never had any problems with the office staff.
