Why are they offering us $750 for a referral' if the place is good you don't need to offer money. I live here, if i like I will tell my friends to come, you don't have to pay me. So... what's wrong' Why the money' Also I'm a Real Estate Broker and offering residents more than $50 dollars per referral is ILEGAL!!!! That's a big a NO NO. So be aware, if you are taking the money as a resident you can be prosecuted.
