Nice place to live in Miami area

Lived in the buidling for 3 years... Ammentities are outstanding and you pretty much get what you pay for. Rent is a bit much, but generally compares to other similar buildings in the area. Location is conventient to Dade and Broward. Great views from the upper balconies facing south. Good place to keep a boat, reasonable dock fees for location too. Road noise and sirens are constant but you seem to get used to it... Nice pool level and rec area, a little crowded at times.. Conventient store on-site is great and that staff is friendly. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Units are nice and never really had any problems service. Parking is sufficient. Try to get an inside spot off of the race track.
Only a few negatives that reflects typical South Florida... Security staff at the front gate is very slow and doesn't do much. Management staff is not very competent, but it seems the worthless ones were getting weeded out by the new property manager. Common 'accounting' problems when paying rent.. Hourly wage employees are the normal problem for the area.. Short term leases are $300/month. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Short term leases $300/month has got to be a typo but otherwise I pretty much agree with this review. I lived there 2 1/2 years and generally enjoyed it. I never had an accounting problem paying rent and always found management to be most helpful. When I moved out I was charged for water after I moved due to some mixed up communication. I complained and after a series of emails I got all of my security deposit back with interest. To me that says a lot about management integrity! If I were looking to rent in Sunny Isles again I would go right back there.

I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem until recently. There are new neighbors on my hallway who are absolutely loud and obnoxious. They blast the radio and hangout at the hallway until the late hours. They are destroying the community and I am tired of complaining. Nothing is being done and that goes back to management not being very competent. In order to speak to the manager you need to make an appt. and when you finally get to the office for your apartment he is no where to be found. Not very professional to say the least. I'm just waiting for my lease to expire, its time to move-on this place is nothing like it use to be!

Funny, Don22 says he never had an 'accounting problem' but when he moved out, he was still charged for utilities... isn't that by its very nature an accounting problem?
Funny that he goes on about 'management integrity.'
In fairness, though, he seems not to understand that Sunny Isles isn't this place.
