Where should i start. Over flowing garbage, broken elevators, stink stairwells. This place is just Ghetto of Ghetto. Diffinitely would not recommend even myu enemy to live at this place. Roads are like those in a third world country. Not security. Police and SWAT are there almost everyday. Loud disruptive music. Broken Fire alarms.
This place just needs to be rebuilt

I'm considering moving here. I've lived in low-income housing prior to this move. I believe everything you say; however, this apartment is in my budget. Could you tell me this: Was the amount of money worth the size of your room? I'm interested in purchasing a one bedroom apartment. I can deal with the noisy neighbors; broken elevator, and sadly enough garbage. However, I can't deal with an apartment that's literally falling apart. Does management respond quickly to maintenance order requests?
