Okay place, too expensive

Greenwich is a perfectly serviceable community with some nice features. The buildings look rotten on the outside, but the apartments are fine inside. My one-bedroom was fine for one person, but would have been too small for two. Big balcony. Awful views.
Never had noise problems. Neighbors were nice. Elevator broke constantly - only a problem because I lived on the 5th floor and had to carry up groceries, etc. Really nice staff.
The rents have gone up enormously since I left, but they have done a lot of work on the apartments when vacated.
Pool is not heated, which makes winter LONG for swimming. Workout room is huge and has plenty of machines. You can walk to lots of local stores. Guards were sometimes good, sometimes awful about letting people through.
