Many changes here since 2000.There has been problems with the various management companies trying to appease the previous owner and the tenants at the same time.In all honesty Greenwich Park Apts is a fairly good and decent place to live.Things have broken like any other place,but diversity of the community is great, the location is near Bal Harbor, Aventura Mall,restuarants,the beach, South Beach and 1 college & 1 univ. Unfortunately the rates are now in the competative mrkt w/o excptn for tenured rntrs

the current owner only wants to sell. This place has become a discrace. But they want mo money every year like they are still something
