I live at Greenwich for the last 5 years. I have seen all the changes. Since the last management company came in things are changing. Property is clean and the staff is pleasant. There was a problem with the old maintenance supervisor, but I think they just made a change. It is better.

No change for the better. most definitely the worst management staff this place has ever had
