Too overprice for what they have to offer. There are the occasional breakins. Recently someone was robbed a nearby gas station, then theft ran managed to get inside apartment complex. I have no idea what happed with security guard, the theft manage to get inside my apartment complex fired shots to the police inside my apartment building. This happened at 1:00 AM. In the morning, detectives knocked on my door to ask what I had heard. When I go to the lobby to my suprise I found blood all over the floors and inside the elevator. This is definatly not a safe place to leave. Also the Staff is unfriendly and rude. They take no responsibility for anything that happens at Greenwich Apartments. For Example, before Hurricane Katrina they had not cut any shrubs or trees that could potential fall. Of course when Katrin hit Fences and trees fell on top of cars, and most cars were destoryed. Perhaps this could have been prevented if the staff was more attentive. After the strom was over and owners of the cars that wanted to spoke with the leasing agents about their damages, all they could say is the speak with our car insurance companies. One of the worst places to live and Ican't wait to move out.

I live here since June of 2005 and was here during the incident involving shooting. There is no way a security guard could have prevented perpetrator AND police to enter the complex (the police did a fair amount of shooting that night and it was the perp who was injured, not the police officers).
As far as grounds maintenance is concerned, there are few places that maintain their grounds that well. Both Wilma and Katrina caused the loss of dozens of trees on the premises and fences did come down. However this was not due to lack of grounds maintenance. If you look at the damages that both storms caused in other places, we have reasons to be thankful.
It is true that the facades of some buildings could look better, however, that is exclusively due to some residents keeping all their junk on the terraces.
As far as the friendliness of the staff ins concerned, I have no reason to complain. If I encounter staff I am polite and they return the courtesy. My maintenance requests have been addressed promptly.
