This is a crowded area of town, so driving is a hassle. Still, if you don't mind walking a bit, Greenwich Park is located within walking distance of plenty of grocery stores and shops, as well as a world-class modern art museum and a decent public library. The Greenwich Park grounds are fairly well maintained, but the buildings seem to be deteriorating. My air conditioning unit (which is an absolute necessity in Miami) leaked prodigious amounts of water, and several calls to maintenance failed to correct the problem. The stairwells are disgusting and occasionally smell like urine. The garbage chutes are often filled to overflowing. The apartments, however, are clean upon move-in, and, overall, Greenwich Park offers a decent place to live at an OK price, so long as you don't mind a little grime as you do your time. The office staff is pleasant, and the little notices they send to residents are hilarious, since they are often filled with grammatical errors and mispelled words. Parking can be a bit of a hassle; but this is urban living in South Florida, so you should get used to that.
