When we arrived, our apartment wasn't clean. I had to buy cleaning supplies, clean the apartment myself, and then get reimbursed! I'm sorry- NOT the way to make an impression! After living in our "newly renovated" apartment for less than a month, we discovered an ant pile growing in the middle of our living room. They sent the pest control- no luck. A month later- we had an ant pile against the ENTIRE wall in one of the bedrooms. We called again- made THEM clean their mess! Pests are an issue! It is way overpriced for what you get to live here. The people are rude, noisy, and like other complaints- dogs crap everywhere. Garbage is left in the halls near the dumpster. Security is absolutely rediculous! DO NOT let them tell you this is a safe secure neighborhood! NOT true! The security gaurds wave ANYONE in! How do I know- I've had friends that DONT live here, get in without a flinch. We are anxiously awaiting our lease to be up so we can LEAVE!!!!

i agree with you i saw those small cockaroaches with in the first few days i Moved in to the furnished one and then i found two small centipedes in my shower.

I am surprised to see this...I live there and think it is great. Maintenance is busy but responded to my request. The people in the office are always very friendly and happy to help.

I live here now too and I am most annoyed with the gate. I shouldnt be paying extra rent for false security, if anyone wants to write a letter to management. I am going to do it soon and I hope many other people do too because this security issue needs to change. There are creepy guys (one that doesnt live here) that make me not want to live here and I dont feel safe in my own home. I from now on will only live in a high rise because I dont trust these apt complexes
