I moved there a month ago. The building is under new management,my neighboors are very hapy with the new changes. the apartment is very spacious and clean. The building is going through major renovations, I love the new doors the colors and the railings! They just hired a new on site maintenance and we get a cel phone number to cal him 24 hours a day! Great impprovments and great value in North Miami would definitly recommend it!
