I HAVE LIVED AT GRADE COURT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW, THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT AND THE MAINTENANCE DEPT. IS AWESOME! THE COMMUNITY IS BEAUTIFUL...GROUNDS ARE KEPT UP NICE...THE POOL IS VERY CLEAN. CLOSE TO WALMART AND PUBLIX SUPERMARKET. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!
