I am not a resident so I don't know much about the people who live there but I found it to be a nice, quaint apartment complex. The staff seemed to me like they really cared and it seems to be a great deal for the price. I think it is worth looking at.

Exactly you haven't lived here. Looked good to my family too before we moved in. It is a total nightmare!

I totally agree with the 2 posts. Looks can definitely be deceiving. And it is sad that even with the new owners that the complex does not care about their residents and try and get the mold, flea, leaking situations under control.

Looks great from the road, but don't stop!! If you like noise at all hours, mold in every room, and a managment staff that really DOESN'T care, hten move right in.

I have to agree with all of the above posts. I am in my second apartment and I was told the new one was all renovated and new. Well, that is a bunch of bull. Had major mold in the first one and they covered it up. Was still there when I moved out. Now in another...newly renovated apartment and it has mold due to the AC leaking 3 times and not being fixed. But they told me they fixed it right. Now they want to move me in to another apartment or have me leave all together!!!!!

This resident had a garbage disposal leak which was not reported until mildew was present. Staff treated the unit immediately. Resident transferred to another unit due to "not needing a 3 bedroom" as quoted on her notice to transfer". Yes, resident did have a leak in her new unit several times. First time, A/C drain pipe needed cleared, 2nd time no issue was found, and 3rd time we found that the 2nd and current leak was from the dishwasher upstairs. This resident has and still is always treated very nice. She has NO mold in her current unit. What she had was mildew from the water which was treated. The management staff offered all suggestions to this resident because happiness of a resident is our first priority. Please remember, even if you own a home leaks are bound to happen. This most important concern is if someone attends to all your needs and requests within a timely manner. With all respect, Fountains Management
