Police Called at Apartments Frequently

I live at Willow Creek Apartments and their is no management and no open door policy. The leasing agents are the managers and are not helpful. Their is only a district manager tat is rarely available.
Recently there has been vehicles hit in the parking lot, a naked women and family brawls and police called.
People are fighting about noise in the halls and drunks passed out on the floor of a building that they did not live in. Apparently access is not secure.
Issues are not being addressed and rents are variable- not uniform.
Policies are being ignored.
Maintenance is so slow to arrive that when their is an emergency the on-call person that lives on the premises does not respond in time to help gain entry to an apartment and the police and rescue are forced to gain entry by knocking down the doors causing damage.
There are three wheel bicycles in the middle of the road every evening and they will not move out of the way of traffic. They just ignore the cars and keep riding.
Dogs under 35 lbs are permitted but many of the residents do not like dogs and are constantly complaining when their is no justification. Also recently their are many aggressive breeds living on the property.
It is not a "congenial" place to live nor is it quiet.
This property is going downhill. I do not recommend this property to anyone who needs a quiet, safe environment.

I live at Willow Creek Apartments... and nothing could be further from the truth. Just like everywhere there will be incidents. But some people have a tendancy to dramatize everything including breaking a nail. I find the leasing / management staff accomodating and friendly. They bend over backwards to take care of the needs of the residents. And we have lots of fun here with the activities and outings. Maintenance is on the job 24/7. We call the office and they are working on the problem right away depending on the urgency...and they fix everything. Don't believe everything you read.

I also live at Willow Creek and find that there is not anything to do unless you like bingo once a week. The pool is NOT heated and I moved with the intention of swimming year around for therapy. Management is NOT accomodating. They could care less about your problems...Will be moving as soon as my lease is up.
