Management Does NOTHING!! I have lived here less than a year and HATE it! The police are here all the time but management does nothing but give lip service. I agree with one other review that this is white trash hell. Management sends out notices (threats) but the tenants ignore them. The place

FUN, FAST, FRIENDLY I HAVE LIVED AT GRADE COURT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW, THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT AND THE MAINTENANCE DEPT. IS AWESOME! THE COMMUNITY IS BEAUTIFUL...GROUNDS ARE KEPT UP NICE...THE POOL IS VERY CLEAN. CLOSE TO WALMART AND PUBLIX SUPERMARKET. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!

Save yourself... it is too late for me!!! I would never tell anyone to move into these apartments. There have been problems on top of problems with the office of this complex. Unless you are planning on never asking for anything and you do not care about courtesy and kindness, I would suggest
