I lived in this complex for 3 yrs. In the last two years I watched as they let anyone rent, only to have all of the "amenities" they added be destroyed. This is obviously because they failed to screen people properly.
I am now a displaced resident due to roof repairs gone wrong. I was eventually flooded out of the "E" building, #4120.
I would not trust this building as my ceiling also leaked, and individuals within the property management office were aware of a mold condition, but FAILED to inform the residents of this building. I have many photos to show anyone interested.
Anyone considering relocating to this building, PLEASE ask them to give you something in writing to insure that you are not renting space contaminated by mold and that it has been removed properly.

I have been at Crystal lakes for 6mths. And have already had problems. I had to tell them repeatedly about some things that need some work done to it. I waited on that for about 3weeks. There fix it men look like they are straight from the street. There is always young teenage boys hanging around the premises. Cursing and talking loud. Crime rate is already high. So, I'm always watching my back when I'm trying to get inside my own house. Is this what I am paying for? I just moved in and I am ready to move again.

I moved in last year when Brandon was the manager, he didn't let just anyone in. For about 4 months everything was great, then they changed management, now they let anyone in. There's no control here and the police come here about 3 times out of the week. Someone is always arguing and there is trash every where. These teenagers are running around causing and looking for trouble. In the year I've been here management has changed 3 times. When you tell them to fix something they just come into your apartment when your not there and with no prior notice. I'm just glad my lease is up in september!!!!!! Yeah I'm free!!!!
