I pretty much echo the sentiments of the other entries here. The neighborhood is horrible and unsafe, there are masses of kids, from toddlers to teenagers, hanging out in the parking lots, running in front of cars, making all kinds of noise at all hours. There is a $5000 stereo in every vehicle here with hip-hop turned up to full volume at all times, shaking the apartment windows and keeping tenants awake. There are also ultra-sensitive car alarms in every vehicle, all of which go off in unison with each thunderstorm or large truck going by. The apartments are also WAY overpriced for the area and in 18 months our rent has been raised three times. I moved to the area for my job and this was the closest complex available at that time. Had no idea what I was in for. I'm moving in 2 weeks and I can't WAIT to get the hell out of here. Do yourself a favor....stay away!
