I moved into Forest Park around November 2006 and so far things haev been fine. The floorplans are spacious espcially the 3 bedroom with a loft its like your own townhouse. The area is ok, its quiet most of the time, occaionsally we get the "teens" out at night and they are sometimes loud but really doesnt happen that often.

The staff is pleasant, they have assisted my husband and I with what we need. the maintenance staff seems ok only been out to apartment one time so I guess thats a good thing. My neighbors are very nice.

The only negative thing I can say is the schools for this district are not very good. We actually are considering paying for private just because we think it would be better for our kids.

Other than that we love our home and enjoy living at Forest Park
