I have lived here through two management companies and it has definitely gone down and down and down in quality and cleanliness. Parking is lacking. The description of the booming music and rude kids is very accurate. We have caught people smoking crack more than once. The neighbors throw their garbage wherever they can when the dumpsters fill up which is every week.

I have nothing against the management - ownership tells them where they can spend the money. They have always been quick to address issues - except for the fact that the tenants they rent to are the cause of their problems.

It was a good place to live but, BSO patrol or otherwise, many neighbors have left because they didn't feel safe.

We can't recommend the apartment complex, but if management gets aggressive it has much potential to be what it should be in this neighborhood and price range. SHAME ON THEM FOR MILKING THE CASH COW UNTIL WHAT WAS GOOD BECAME "THE HOOD"
