Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
The word is that they have gone section 8 - if the word ghetto applied before - they have rolled the red carpet out for eveyone who doesn't have to pay $1100 for a two bedroom apartment. None of the new tennants have to pick up their garbage, be polite, park correctly or be quiet. BEWARE - THIS IS NO PLACE FOR A NORMAL WORKING PAYING PERSON.
