I have been at Forest Park for a 1 1/2 years and I can actiully say it has been pretty good. The apartments are spacious, newer appliances, they include full size washer and dryer in all units, also includes basic cable. It is a very friendly community aslong as you can afford it. The new management office took sometime to get aquainted with everyone. One thing i can say is that the are observent and know probaly everyone by first name basis. I went to office to report a repair needed in my apartment and they gretted by my first name I thought of all people the manager would not know who I was. I always see her checking the property and walking thru hallways. I think that is important too cause last place i lived I never even knew what the manager looked like never the less her name. I see complaints about the kids and noise. I agree to a certain extent that the office should (which I agin have seen the manager stop the kids from doing things in the parking lot) control more over the kis and nosie. But whos kids are these. It the same parents that complain about everything whose kids are being disrruptive and causing all these problems.

Overall I enjoy living here.........its been an experience .......I know we all have complaints about something but at the same time I seen the maintencance staff and property manager putting up shutters for us residents. Do we really appreciate things like that.....most of us I would sy NO.
