I was very enthusiastic about moving here because of the space in the apts and the areas I was shown were clean. Since I have been here I am disappointed that I chose this place over one that was more reasonably priced because now the area looks even worse than the place I gave up. The tenants are horrible about keeping their areas clean. I am embarrassed to have guests come up the stairways due to trash and mud. Pets are walked on the grass all around the apartments so anywhere you walk you are greeted with dog poop. What happened to pooper scoopers' Maintenance has been adequate. Quick with small jobs/slower with others. And now roaches seem to be appearing from everywhere. The door is missing off one of the dumpsters and has not been replaced. What a horrible greeting! There is so much potential here in what used to be a very serene neighborhood. It makes going to work that much more difficult when you feel like your money is going into trash
