expensive section of the ghetto

Let me start out by saying that the maintenance of the place is quick to respond. Unfortunately, they need to respond often...especially to a rampant bug infestation. We moved in never having seen a roach before, to having them everywhere. The office was quick to send someone, but it took months to finally solve the issue. Then there is the continuing ant issue that was also pre-existing. They have come to spray numerous times, but it never really gets rid of them:-(
There is also a noise problem that is felt by all. The older kids and teenagers congregate outside yelling and horsing around until late into the night. Even after many phone calls to complain, it still hasn't gotten better. The kids are bored, there isn't anywhere for them to go, so they hang out outside making noise.
The office has generally been nice, no complaints for Daisy and praises for Ebony. However, the pool is often closed for sanitary reasons. I don't think this is the office's fault as so much the tenants...please don't poop in apartment pools. The fitness room is completely outdated and not worth your time.
Finally, you have to admit, in the end, you are still in the ghetto. It's just not smart to go out late at night by yourself.
