Forest Park is a great community in a central location. They have spcaious floorplans, includes most utiliies that most other places do not include. The staff is professional, thourogh and constantly trying to keep up the grounds.

Down side.......they have too many residents who have children and the parents do not take responsiblity for them, just send them outside to destroy the property. The staff is constantly having to place sergent with teh kids due to the kids constantly throwing trash, "trying" to play football. The parents knew befoe living here ther was not much for the kids to do so they should be able to get there kids involved in activities and stop expecting the office to baby sit them.

Overall, the property is a nice community and its centrally located to alomst everything.
