I have been here under 2-3 management companies and I think that Daisy Garcia was a very nice manager. However, although she was very persistent about making the tenants aware of the lease agreement, i.e. apartment upkeep, noice, guest responsibility, etc. it was all in vain. I have been here well over 4 years (since early 2003) and I have to say this place has gone way down. We now have a new mangement company who seems to be fair and very concern about the beutification of Forest Park; however, they are tearing down everything that Daisy work so hard to keep up. The people that they hire to do the maintinance *sp* are too messy...they cut the trees and grass down and leave everything right there in your doorway.

Now on with the neighbors. The majority of "my neighbors" are very nice & considerate. HOWEVER, there is one in particular who he/she invites their friends over to meet in the parking lot and they usually hangout and play loud music till late at night. It is a shame for people to be so inconsiderate. Also, one of the neighbors was telling me about how they walked outside to find some people with some personal belongings on their car and how upset the owner of the car got because it is so unfair that people do not have respect anymore. Nonetheless, I am VERY dissapointed at the area now and the way these new breed of ghetto fabulous people act. I feel sorry for the children because they really don't have a playing area, so I don't blame them for being children but I do think, however, that the parents need to take responsibility and explain to their children that, you don't hang out late at night (especially on a school night) yelling & screaming, talking loud to each other, expressing your vent on the cell phone, letting the neighbors here you say how the "sex" is going to be, swimming in the pool half naked and knowing that their are small children watching *gasp*....and the list goes on.

I have had it with this place and will be leaving here exactly 12:00 AM on my release day in November. The new management company is getting ready to make some major changes to wean out all the hoodrats and you know exactly who you are; you make working class people lives miserable with the loud boom box music and management, as well as BSO know who you are!
