The old management company sucked, and so does this one.
They care when they want to raise rent, but not when you have a problem.

I'm not sure if the worst part is having things in my apartment break ALL THE TIME (like the dishwasher, which NEVER worked, the A/C which leaks RIVERS every couple months, the defective sprinkler which almost flooded my apartmnet, the washer, the ants, or the fact that it takes maintenance about 10 calls and at minimum a WEEK to respond,

The inconsiderate, ghetto, scumbag neighbors (which by the way, is about 98% of the population here). They are dirty and leave garbage everywhere. They blast their music in the parking lot and scream and yell at all hours of the night. There is frequently flights. Cops always been called. Twice two different neightbors of mine were robbed at gunpoint, although that's only 2 of about 20 times I've heard gunshots near my complex. I've been HARRASSED at the pool by these little punks. They congregrate, kids, teens, and adults, in the middle of the parking lot at all hours walking around in their baggy pants looking at you nasty and almost daring you to tell them to move out of the way. I've had my apartment attempted to be broken into WITH ME HOME more than once. I've had the cops called on my neighbors next door dozens of times in the middle of the night (not by me) because of them screaming and banging on walls and trying to kill each other all the time. Then they FINALLY moved out and the people who moved in bang on the walls and floor twice as much. They have people knocking on their door at all hours of the night. The stairwells always smell like weed.

I could go on and on and on.

And tonight was the last straw. I asked a group of adults with about 10 little kids who were screaming at the top of their lungs and honking on horns late at night to please be more courteous and I was screamed at and cursed at and threatened by their parents who said they had every right to be as loud as they want because 'they pay rent here too."

I'm tired of being afraid to come home and be alone in this complex at night. I'm tired of the aggravation. And on top of that now we have to pay for water too. The rent here is too high for this much crap. Definitely not worth one dime of your money.
