Very Good for Bachelors and short term rentals

Satisfactory Interiors.
Good swimming pool
Good maintenance service

Drawbacks

No tennis court
Common Laundry (Not Very clean but managable)
Not enough locks on front door for safety
not enough telephone jacks inside the apartment.
