Actually, I've enjoyed living in this complex. I've been here 10 yrs. and hope to continue. Of course, this is contingent on how much the rent goes up...seems Northland is taking advantage of the apartment shortage in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding communities.
Otherwise, I feel this complex is cool...office staff is nice, for the most part and the maintenance staff is really great. I'd recommend living here to my friends.
