I live there for over a year. When I moved in they didn't upgrade the carpets like they said they would but I had to move in ASAP. The maintenance crew is very fast to respond to calls, my only complaint is that I must have reported the same A/C leak 10 times over the year. They'd come and vacuum out the moisture but it would happen again and again. I asked them to replace it because I'd wake up in the morning and the floor/carpet would be soaked. They never did.

I do like the pool and the complex. There are some shady folk that live there but for the most part people are decent.

I didn't find the desk staff (Susan & Ruiz) all that friendly once I moved in. Not mean, just not very egar to please. Any request out of the ordinary always seem to irritate them.

Parking is a complete nightmare! If you run out for somthing after 6PM, good luck getting anywhere near your apartment. They just can't get in under control. I've offered to pay for parking (I have 2 cars) if it would help control the situation but nothing was ever done. Every couple months you'd get a note on your door saying they were going to tow vehicles with no pass but it never seemed to happen. There was always a few old junkers full of crap with flat tires that remained.

At one point there was a robbery at gun point in the courtyard, but I felt safe for the most part.

A lot of the property is still damaged from Hurricane Wilma. It took them 8 months to fix my screen, and even then it was a hack job. But even still, my rent jumped 10% over a year and they said I got a bargain because I had already been there a year. That's pretty bad considering the courtyard and buildings are in worse shape than they were a year before (because of the hurricane). The whole supply and demand thing can only go so far, a 1 bedroom 750 sq ft is not worth $900 a month when the yard looks like that and you can't find a parking spot. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
