Alright, I have been living in Green Tree for a year now, and we are actually going to renew our lease with them. Some of the things I do like about this complex is that I feel safe walking my dog at night, Neighbors keep to themselves mostly but are friendly, The apartment itself is very cozy... I live in a 1bed/1bath and it has a great HUGE walk-in closet, and a great size master bedroom. Its more than enough room for my boyfriend and I. Its nice to have a patio as well, which all the apartments have. Some drawbacks, are no washer/dryers in the unit, you have to do laundry in a common area, which most of the time you find atleast 2-3 broken... The gym isn't that great, its a small room with old machines, the kitchen is wayyyy too small, some appliances need to be replaced, and parking can somtimes be a problem but has recently gotten ALOT better. All in all, for the price and location you can't really find better and that is why we will be staying for another year and surprisingly they didn't increase our rent!

I GUESS YOU NEVER HEARD ABOUT SOMEONE WHO HAD HIS EQUIPMENT STOLEN FROM HIS CAR IN THE "SO CALLED PARKING LOT"????
