I lived at this place out of necessity for 2.5 years. I have never seen so many screaming dirty kids, white trash, black trash, hispanic trash, EVER. This place is horribly put together, (It seems like it was put together backwards. Come on, you look out your bedroom or bathroom window, and see the parking lot'). Also as you walk down the sidewalk, you can get a serious peek into peoples personal lives, as the living room is RIGHT there, along with usually a bedroom. The noise here is ridiculous, and a stupid ---- kid wrote on my damn car! It is a good place if you drink and smoke weed, (never ever have I walked down to get my mail, see someone smokin a blunt, and get a few hits off it. THAT part is cool.) But no privacy is NOT. They have tennis courts there, (they'll say...), and usually the black kids are writing on them while they play, and the hispanic kids are playing football and driving their big wheels. I have NEVER seen someone play tennis on those courts... The only reason I signed up for another year was because the woman who lived four doors down had the nicest ass I EVER saw... Too bad she moved away 2 months later. Never been in the pool, cuz the grease layer on top was too high. The laundry facility is new as of a year ago, but I still waded through water a few times. Oh yeah, and there is a panty theif here who'll steal your chicks drawers if you don't watch carefully. Don't move here less your broke and can't afford it.
