	Kings Park is a condo complex, mostly owner occupied, not really an apartment house or regular rental community. Parking can be tight in the evening after work. Some of my neighbors are not friendly to us renters.

	This little complex is quiet yet just off HWY 1. Easy to get to EVERYTHING. Restuarants, stores and very close to Wilton Manors area. Beach is only 15 blocks due east and so this complex get nice breezes. Kept clean ... more
