The place is not good but not too bad either. However, beware of the landlord. Once you give her your deposit, you can kiss it goodbye. She would find ways to keep your deposit once you decide to move out.

Everything she said about how so lenient she was about leaving the apartment in not so perfect condition are pretense to lure you in. One you move out, she would scrutinize every inch of your unit and will certainly find something to keep you from getting back your deposit.
