I made a simple complaint about loud music after Midnight, and I was told by the property manager, Wanda, that I was just causing trouble and that I just wanted out of my lease. Also, that to just call the police on my neighbors, did not even offer to help. Also, when I asked the name of the management company, I was told it was her cousin/relative and A) didn't care and B) she would not give me the number!
She was screaming at me and she was completly unprofessional. I guess you can be like that to people when your relatives manage the property!
I have rented for 22 years and I have never encountered such a rude and nasty property manager!
