Too much noise

There is an extreme amount of noise. Children run around and break things out of stupidity and boredom. Rap music plays loudly 24 hours a day. It's overun by ------- and their offspring. They bathe in the pool to save money on water and park their "car" by the pool to enjoy their rap "music." This is done while they bathe their offspring in the pool. Other animals congregate there as well like birds and several types of insects. Not a pleasant place for humans. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
