This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. Talk about a scam!!! They charge as much as living in a house for some people but others are paying less!!

There are bugs and rodents from the other neighbors, no one respects the "rules" about noise or their kids, constant fights from neighbors and the kids here run around unsupervised, breaking bottles, screaming, throwing things and parking is an utter disaster.

The maintenance here is a joke and nothing gets done when you need it, they come in your apartment when they want, sometimes with only 3 or 4 days notice sometimes with none!

When you call to complain on the several violations you get treated like you are a bother, and told that basically you're just trying to call on everything and are making things up!

Please keep away from this place at all costs! This is an absolute nightmare and it just keeps getting worse!!!

I agree, the worst apts out there. Everything written above is correct, but something was left out, ...the drug dealer.....you cant forget them, and there are many here. If you have no other choice, like I did when I moved in here, Good Luck. If you have a choice dont put your self through it, believe me it isnt worth it.The whole place is run by one family, mother two sons and a daughter in law.
