I LIVE IN PARKCREST APARTMENTS AND I HAVE BEEN READING THE REVIEWS. I HAVE BEEN LIVING THERE FOR ONE YEAR NOW, WITH MY TWO KIDS. AND I MUST SAY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM STAYING THERE. MY MANAGER DOES A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MAKING SURE HER PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT. ALL THE RESPONISIBLITY DOES NOT FALL ON THE LANDLORD. AS TENATS WE MUST ALSO DO OUR PART WITH MAKING SURE THE AREA IS CLEAN. SHE MAKE SURE THE KIDS STAY OUT OF TROUBLE, IF SHE NOTICE ANYTHING GOING ON WITH YOUR KIDS, SHE WILL INFORM YOU.SHE DOES NOT JUST CARE ABOUT COLLECTING RENT FROM YOU!!!SHE CARES ABOUT HER TENANTS. THE MAINTENCE ALSO DOES AN AWESOME JOB WITH MAKING SURE, THE APARTMENS ARE WELL KEPT. ONCE YOU PLACE A SERVICE CALL WITHIN THE NEXT 24HOURS THEY ARE OUT FIXING WHATEVER NEED TO BE FIX IN YOUR APPARTMENT.BEFORE THEY ENTER YOUR APARTMENT THEY WILL KNOCK AND ACKNOWLEDGE WHO THEY ARE.(THEY DO NOT JUST COME INSIDE YOUR APARMENT) WILL BE A TENANT WITH PARKCREST FOR MANY MORE YEARS. THE RENT IS AFFORABLE WITH THE RECESSION RIGHT NOW..

The rent is the opposite of affordable. Why do you think half the place is empty. They are asking far too much for that ghetto, violent, dirty area. It IS the landlords responsibility to keep the grounds clean and I don't fancy waking up every morning to someone's garbage blowing in the breeze past my second floor window. The place is a scam, a trap and a filth basin. Some of the apartments have holes in them and pests that no amount of pest control has taken care of. It doesn't matter how clean you live, termites are termites.
