I have lived at River oaks July and I can't wait to move. Maintenance is very poor and some units don't even have heat. Management is just as bad. There is a unfestation going on and the walls are so thin you can hear evrything that goes on with your neighbors. I can't believe they still have business. My apartment leaked for three months until the fixed it. They won't tell you that if your apartment didn't come something, you will never have it. Look away from this place.
