okay, but neighbors too gossipy

Set point is a nice place to live, but if you want privacy you do not want to live here. The neighbors are more into your business than you are. The maintenance is good, they respond the same day, if you call early enough. The grounds are kept up well. The office staff is rude, especially Rose, she likes to blame tenants that she doesn't like for having parties, when they really don't. Oh and don't move here if you don't like to pay water. They charge like 30 dollars a month for the water bill. For me that was one shower a day, and doing dishes by hand. If you don't pay the water bill your lease will not get renewed. Parking at night is not good, you have to park all the way in the back where there are no lights, don't come home after 7 pm or that's where you'll be
