I have lived at Set Point for several years now and I have never had the problems these other people have had. Sure I have heard a some noise. What do you expect from an apartment complex' But if it got too obnoxious, I would make a complaint and Andrea or Rose would take care of it. It might take a few complaints to them to get the job done but that is because the rudeness of the neighbors. Alot of them care about nobody but themselves.The people that write these really nasty reviews are probably the people that I was talking about and are angry when the things do not go their way or when a complaint is made against them. I have NEVER had a problem with the people that work in the rental office. They've always been decent with me whenever I have dealt with them.
I am not overly happy with the parking situation sometimes but for the most part, this really is not a bad place to live. At least the area of the apartments that I live in is not.
