I don't really mind much when my neighbors are having sex, but when they turn the music up over the weekends when I am trying to get some sleep, then that starts to bother me.

Also the bug/pest problem is a major issue, little tiny roaches everywhere, came home one day and turn on the kitchen light, they were everywhere.

As the other reviewer mention, the office staff is rude, and next month I am going to have to pay few hundred dollars more. Luckily, I found a potential place in West Palm that looks ten times better and 100 dollars less than what I will end up paying here in two more months. I think that is definitely worth the hassle of moving. I hope this helps you in your decision.
