Seems like most of the reviews I've seen on this complex have to do with complaints about how the place is run. Also seems like those who DO complain do so because they can't get their way and, like children, throw tantrums. I have been here for over 7 years now and have little to fuss about. Not had a problem with the management. Have to wonder about the review about evictions- makes me wonder how right it is and how much is opinion.

Negatives:
Parking is usually pretty bad, especially at night (after 5PM) and most of the guests do not park in the back like they are supposed to.
The walls are very thin and noises tend to sneak thru. Most neighbors are conscious of this and tend to keep things down, but SOME (especially our NEW neighbors) don't give a rat's @$$.
Some things in the apt. don't seem to function as well as they should and maintenance is reluctant to replace them... the refrigerator and A/C tend to fluctuate now and then for example.
The complex is on a different electrical line than other buildings in the area and tends to go out more often. It's not as stable. The slightest wind or storm and sometimes the power will go out- while other buildings in the area are unaffected. Same is true with the cable- goes out way too much. But this is an FPL/Comcast thing, not necessarily the complex.


Positives:
The grounds are usually well kept.
Maintenance has always responded very quickly.
Some of the other complexes in the area are scummy. This one, tho it's not perfect, is nicer.
Usually pretty quiet
