This apartment complex looks nice on the outside ,but its in the hood if you leave the apartment area you shold be careful,because of the street people and thugs walking to the liquor store ,laundry mats,and the 7-11 at all hours of the night and day constantly.whatch out their are a lot of roberies in this okaland park area also ,i was atacked at a club in the area and nothing was done about it the police here are as crooked as they come,their are no jobs here etheir they are all taking by -------,an ----- pepole this area used to be better but now its over run by -------s dont move here because it is 800.00 for a litte 600 ft.apt with no porch ,patio,or balcony an no where to smoke but at a table that evrybody sits at and gossips about the entier place,and if not that yelling and parting all the time and staring at your every move,i aso hear everything from my neighbor peeing to loud music all the time ,the fire and poice station are next to us so you hear them about 10 times a day also helicopters always looking for criminals very loud every other night,the washer and dryers on site do work so you have to drive a least two blocks to do clothes,there are spiders sizing from little to big roaches too,the coke machine will take your money every time and if you ask management to help with anything they offer no help only blame and disresect and the one window you get is in the living room its huge and its hard to sucurly keep pepole from seeing in with old broken cheap blinds where the cord hangs in the way of the door so you hit it every time and on top of that it doesn't open great! im moving soon thank god im leaving south florida this is a bad area of florida in general it is not safe a cop was shot in the head in front of walgreens and he wasn't even wearing his uniform he was off duty and they still killed him for no reason.

IT'S FUNNY HOW AT TIME OF MOVE OUT.. MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE.. WHY DIDNT YOU REALIZED THIS B4 MOVING IN... OR WHY DIDNT YOU APPROACHED THE OFFICE W/ CERTAIN CONCERNS..First of all you choose to come to this area (as you called it the ghetto); therefore the community has no control on the area, the homeless people and / or acitivities whih in the city, only the police can be blame for this. For the rental price is not a bad deal at all, I'm a Florida native and have lived in different places... You can pay more and expect more.. BUt once again you choose this place.. As far as the maintenance crew, they are great.. any maint. request I've informed the office w/ the guys are here w/i minutes or the day.. And the office staff is awsome, they are very very friendly and professional. There has been times that I wasnt in the best of moods, and walked down to the office to say hi, and they cared to know what was wrong w/ me. Sometimes not even my own co-workers noticed.. My hat goes out to the ladies in the office.. you know what youa re doing. Dontlet the negative feedback bring you down. Obviously they arent happy.. You cant make everyone Happy.. Maintenance you guys are good as well... If you're not happy then move out, Dont bring down the place or the rest of us residents. I'm going on 6 years here in Set Point & I love it.
