Some people when they decide that its time to move out all that they can think of is the negative points. Why dont they just move out sooner.. Obviously they werent happy so why stay.. Its doest not seems that smart to me.

As far as parking ok so you dont get a spot right under your bdrm window, or by the breezeway but honestly there is more than plenty.

Ok as far as bugs.. ITS S.FLORIDA, its humid, its hot.. Dont Complain then move up north & deal w/ whatever theyhave there..

Noise wise- is an apt community you are sharing walls w/ others NOT BAD AT ALL.. If you dont want common walls, then GET YOUR OWN HOUSE!!

The maint. staff is great, fast and friendly. The office staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. For all these years I havent had a single complaint against them. The ladies in the office are doing a great job, and should continue dont change anything .. Everything is great.

As far as certain policies... Rules are rules and those that think they are above the law have problems w/ them... I'm a little educated w/ certains laws and do not disagreed w/ the lease policies....

Bad Karma will come to those w/ negative feelings and thoughts.. SET POINT IS A GREAT place to live, & would recommend it over and over to anyone needing a new place to live.
