I agree that the management is pretty bad, but most mid-to lower range apts complexes have the same problem. The management job sounds good for the lazy - a little money and free rent. Then they find out that it is a lot of work and most of your work will be with people complaining. There are some ghetto/white trash that sit outside their apt at different hours smoking. I wouldn't be surprised if they were responsible for the recent theft of packages from outside of apts. I know UPS isn't supposed to leave things, but they have for a couple of years and there has only recently been a problem. I don't think it is very noisy and maintenance has always responded quickly and been very nice. I would recommend it if you are looking for a fairly cheap place to rent, for a few years while you wait to buy. I have no idea how some of you have lived here for 10 years. No other choice, I guess.
