We lived in Set Point from '05 to '07, and regret moving deeply. For an apartment complex, its the nicest we have lived in. They take EXCELLENT care of the place - nearly every apartment has a garden view, the pools are well maintained, the landscaping is beautiful, nice grassy areas as well. The barbecue pits are nice as well. It really was a pleasure living there and the ladies in the office were so nice! It's a great place if you have kids too, the set up of the complex really leaves you feeling safe, and my kids love to be pushed in their stroller around the garden area, and I would often stop and chat with the ladies in the office they were so thoughtful. The elevators went out a few times which was a little bit of a pain, and parking wasn't ideal, but the overall consensus is this place was wonderful, clean, and beautiful - for a great price! There is a LOT of parking here, but sometimes its a bit of a walk unless you pay for parking. The walls are kind of thin - you can hear your neighbors a bit, but it was never such a problem that I ever needed to complain or that it was driving me nuts - like where I am at now I sometimes think my neighbors are IN my condo its so noisy!
