Well kept grounds and friendly staff. The manager Maria is very friendly and helpful to me. Anytime their is an issue in my apartment it is fixed in a timely fashion. From what i can see, management is always trying to improve the property. Its a nice and quiet location.

NEW MANAGEMENT A new management has taken over and the previous manager was fired and thank God for that. The new Manager is friendly and willing to help everyone, keeps tenants on check and is improving the property. Let's give them a little time and see what happens....

Very Nice place to live I am a tenant of Parkcrest Apartments for over six years. I truly cannot complain. It's a very clean complex. Very safe place to live and raise a family. Pet friendly, maintenance is good. If there are a few points I'd have to put out are the following:

Good place to live Iam a tenant here since Dec 2011 so far I like the place its clean,safe quiet and the apartments are nice, pretty big, clean and when you have an issue with the apartment they come very quick to fix whatever the problem is here. I would recommend someone to come here

Crappy maintenance This place is a slumhole. Try get =stupid maintenatnce people to fix anything is a frickin' nitemre. My a/c leaks all the time and the management won't do anything. They keep renting to scumballs too.
