Great Find in the Best Area Couldn't be happier. Walk or drive to EVERYTHING, close by! Feel like I live in the middle of everything I could ever need. Nice breeze from the beach. CLEAN Pool, Laundry Room(s), Large Community Room/Kitchen and Men's and Women's Saunas. Bldg.

Horrible I live here, there are numerous code violations. Tape on peoples windows because they wont fix anything. termites, bugs from other apartments and a high crime rate..cars getting stolen and broken into. The manager is hell to deal with.

not an apartment complex, really Kings Park is a condo complex, mostly owner occupied, not really an apartment house or regular rental community. Parking can be tight in the evening after work. Some of my neighbors are not friendly to us renters.

Hot Location, 1 Building almost NEW This little complex is quiet yet just off HWY 1. Easy to get to EVERYTHING. Restuarants, stores and very close to Wilton Manors area. Beach is only 15 blocks due east and so this complex get nice breezes. Kept clean with new pool and furnituure laste
