Most of these reviews about Ellison being horrible are probably correct. My husband and two children have only been renting from them for 3 months and they refuse to repaint the apartment. Upon our moving in they were discolored and we were told they would be repainted. We were charged a fee for the maintenance man coming out to fix issues we're having with our toilet! I can't believe their nerve. The walls are super thin. I can hear our neighbors alarm clock going off in the morning and it wakes us up. Our yard has massive ant hills, that they saw are not apart of the landscape upkeep or pest control. There is no back door to our apartment. We were not allowed a pet but our neighbor was. The staff is very rude, especially Debbie from maintenance!!!
